Shipping Policy

Most in-stock items ship within 48 business hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 96 business hours to process.  If not in stock we will get from our vendors to fulfill the order which could take up to two weeks before we can ship your order.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment or will just be refunded if we do not have an estimated ship date. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you as soon as we have information to give to you or within 15 days of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 15 days of placing your order.

International Buyer

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductable from any refund due
