Terms of Service



Returns are permitted on footwear, accessories, clothing, and home goods.

Apothecary items (fragrances, candles, incense, grooming products and garment care products) are Final Sale and may not be returned. 

Items discounted 10% or more off the retail price or designated as Final Sale may not be returned for a refund or store credit. Markdowns and discounts are cumulative. If an item is marked down and a 10% or more off discount code is applied, the item is not eligible for return.

All returns must be authorized via email or phone prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please contact info@liljohnsbigandtall.com or call us at 850-484-0904 to request authorization for a return. Return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Any packages received that are marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" will not be eligible for a refund - customers can have the order shipped back to them one additional time at their expense or receive store credit.

Lil Johns will only grant a Store Credit if the following conditions are met:

• All items must be unused and unworn condition
• Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
• Shoes must not be worn or creased to the point where they would be deemed worn or not 100% brand new merchandise. Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged
• All shoes must be returned in their original packaging


    We cannot hold stock for exchanges - in order to exchange your item please submit a new order online. The original order will be refunded on receipt of the return.


    Lil Johns  will issue a return label if an item is faulty or an error was made by Lil Johns. Lil Johns will not be held responsible for any return packages lost in the post, therefore please keep your postage receipt as proof of postage and value the items at the price in which you paid for the product/s.


    Lil Johns  and Liljohnsbigandtall.com does not offer price adjustments on past purchases if those items are marked down or promoted later in the season.  

    During the course of online promotions and sales liljohnsbigandtall.com may experience a high volume of orders; our real-time inventory system sometimes may not reflect up-to-the-minute inventory and may result in an order cancellation due to low or no inventory - We apologize for any inconvenience should this occur with your order.     We reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.

    Tax - All orders shipped outside of will be charged no tax or what is required by law. Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped within Florida at the local rate.

    Conditions - Lil Johns  does not guarantee the availability of items listed on www.LilJohnsbigandtall.com or any other redirected .com names. If Lil Johns or LilJohnsBigAndTall.com is out of stock on an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. Depending on vendor availability and season-to-season availability, sold out items may not be restocked. Placing an order with LilJohnsBigAndTall.com does not establish a binding contract - orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, credit card errors or declinations, suspicion of fraudulent activity, etc.
